Business & Developer Liaison
Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
Not every business needs a full-time CTO — but almost every business working with developers needs someone who can speak both languages. I act as your technical advisor, ensuring your vision is communicated clearly and your investment is protected.
What I Do
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Evaluate developer proposals, estimates, and code quality
- Oversee third-party development teams to keep projects on track
- Vendor evaluation — helping you choose the right tools and partners
- Technical due diligence for acquisitions or partnerships
Who It's For
Non-technical founders, business owners working with external dev teams, or companies that need senior technical oversight without the cost of a full-time hire.

Common Questions
What does a developer liaison actually do?
I sit between you and your development team. I make sure your requirements are understood correctly, review what the team delivers, flag problems early, and help you make informed decisions without needing to understand every line of code.
Is this the same as a fractional CTO?
It overlaps. A fractional CTO focuses on technology strategy and team leadership. My liaison role is more hands-on with day-to-day project translation and oversight. Many clients use me for both.
Can you help if a project has already gone wrong?
Yes — this is one of the most common scenarios. I can audit an existing project, identify what went wrong, and help you decide whether to rescue, restart, or find a different path forward.
